I awoke this morning feeling rather seedy. Had the usual liquid breakfast; Glass of Milo and glass of apple juice. Ross had left the apple juice out, it was warm. On the moto by 0740hrs, at Amanda's by 0745hrs, walked with her to the University Chaplaincy office by 0800hrs.
Today was the enrollment day for double degrees. All the first years arriving, many holding hands with their mothers. So the ECU gang try their best to show them that University isn't all about Booze and cut-throat environments, but there is a bit of fellowship and Love around the place...plus some ducks. I had some great convo's with some of the parents of kids enrolling. I met this one guy, Roy, who moved to Australia from England back in 1961. Roy and I had a sweet as convo about war times and the psychology behind having faith in man...He was a rockin' dude.
Yesterday the Ambo had a rego inspection. The guy seemed more interested in the way my LPG sstem was connected than inspecting the vehicle properly. So he passed it, now I just have to try and find the money to afford the compulsory insurance and the registration. So not a good time of year...
