Breakfast, Babes, and Bibles

As a general rule: I don't eat breakfast. I just don't. I really don't see the point of it; rarely is there any meat, I'm not ready to eat having just woken up, I feel grosse the rest of the day. However, 9 out of 10 nutritionists recommend kids eat wheat-bix, so I guess I also should consume something. I will usually have breakfast if there is someone there to socialise with, thus, Manda has been coming around to make sure I eat something. This is really quite humorous, as her eating habits over the last 6 months have been less than satisfactory, even by my reckoning.(Note: sunday night's meal/burger). So I ate breakfast and felt grosse for the rest of the day.

Luke and Jess, yes the couple that just had twins, are moving house. If that isn’t the most psycho thing I’ve ever heard of…. Anyhow, Manda and I went to help them pack their stuff into boxes. I’m pretty sure I have a calling to be a removalist. I spent most of the afternoon looking after Hannah, Luke and Jess’s 3 almost 4yr old. I must say I had fun dancing along with Colin Buchanan (he was on DVD). Colin taught Hannah and myself some very important lessons about God. I just can’t remember most of them ‘cause I was too busy jumping around, and some of those actions are really hard to remember, let alone keep up with.

After dinner I sat down for a touch of spiritual food with Amanda. The book of Romans was on the menu..mmm.. Tasty. T’was great to be reminded of Paul’s love for people, and how he is so easily encouraged. You know, just by the work of God and stuff… The study went on into the night and it was once again well past Amanda’s bedtime before we realised. Oh well, books aside. See ya tomorrow.
